Job summary

Qualifications

• Radiologic Technology AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or MR Imaging.
• Preferred Education and Experience High School Graduate.
• Required Licensure and Certification MR - ARRT or ARMRIT certification within 180 days.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of anatomy and MR technique for image accuracy.
• Prepare patients and address needs during examinations or procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and manage intravenous access.
• Select pulse sequences per established protocols.
• Evaluate medical images for quality and patient identification.
• Adhere to MR safety guidelines and screen for MR access.
• Educate and monitor students and other health care providers.
• Perform ongoing quality assurance and educational activities.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
