Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist PRN to perform high-quality MRI scans under the direction of a Radiologist and maintain a safe imaging environment. You will participate in departmental improvement activities and adhere to magnet safety guidelines.

Requirements include AMA-approved radiology technology training, MRT Texas licensure, ARRT MRI certification, and BLS within 30 days of start. This PRN role supports a premier imaging department with patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification.
• MRT State of Texas license.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under Radiologist direction.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
