Medical City Dallas is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans under Radiologist supervision. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to magnet safety guidelines while contributing to department improvement initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have AMA-approved radiology education, ARRT certification, MRT Texas license, and MRI certification as required by the stated deadline. This PRN position supports patient care across all ages.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT.
• MRT State of Texas.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs superior/quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards, magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
