Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking an MRI Technologist to join a radiologist-led team. The role focuses on performing MRI studies with attention to safety, patient comfort, and image quality, across multiple clinic sites as needed.

The position emphasizes collaboration, ongoing growth, and a commitment to high-quality patient care within a locally owned imaging practice.

Qualifications

• MRI Registry (ARRT-MR) or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of MRI physics, anatomy, and cross‑sectional imaging.
• Thorough understanding of MRI safety standards and screening protocols.
• Fully competent in MRI positioning, sequence selection, and image optimization.
• Experience with contrast administration and patient monitoring (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality MRI exams safely and efficiently according to protocols.
• Screen patients for MRI safety compliance and explain procedures.
• Review and process images in RIS and PACS systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinic staff to deliver patient care.
• Maintain equipment quality control and safety standards.
