Akumin in Watertown, NY is seeking an MRI Technologist for a part-time, PRN role at our New York facility. The position focuses on patient safety, image quality, and collaboration with radiologists.

Responsibilities include safety screening, producing high-quality images, preparing equipment and supplies, and assisting with patient transport. ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification and CPR are required, with state license as applicable.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• Registered Technologists by the ARRT, NMTCB or ARDMS
• State License, as required.
• Technologists performing mid-day moves
• CPR certification.
• Active state driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Responsible for Patient Safety, including pre-screening for contra-indications, aseptic injection technique, etc.
• Produces high quality diagnostic images.
• Orders supplies, cleans unit, assist in preparing for transport on a daily basis.
• Effectively communicates with customers and/or radiologists.
• Trains new technologist and/or PC's

Conoscenze
