Job summary

The candidate will position patients, operate MRI equipment, administer contrast under radiologist supervision, monitor for adverse reactions, and document procedures in PACS/EMR. ARRT MR certification and BLS are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiography is required.
• ARRT RT certification is required; MR certification within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging examinations for adult and pediatric patients.
• Explain procedures and ensure a safe, comfortable environment; provide pre-/post-procedure care.
• Review exam orders and verify reasons for exams; interview patients for history.
