Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an MRI technologist to perform diagnostic imaging for adults and children. The role includes patient preparation, safety screenings, and executing imaging studies in diverse settings, including on-call and portable exams.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher in a related field with RT(R) and/or MRI certification, plus 2+ years of radiologic imaging experience and CPR/IV therapy credentials as advantageous qualifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• R.T.(R) certification and/or MRI certification.
• Preferred 2+ years in radiologic imaging with relevant licenses.
• CPR and IV therapy certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Perform exams independently, including portable and on-call procedures.
• Ensure MRI safety protocols and quality standards are followed.

Responsibilities include patient prep, MRI safety screenings, and executing imaging studies across various settings, including on-call and portable exams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree or higher in a related field
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MRI
• Preferred experience of 2+ years in radiologic imaging, with licenses such as IEMA, RTR, CT, MR, or others relevant to medical imaging
• Additional certifications like CPR and Intravenous Therapy are advantageous
