Summary

The Pool MRI Technologist, under the direction of the radiologist, performs total body imaging for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in various body planes, producing quality images for diagnostic interpretation. Effectively utilizes all imaging capabilities of the MRI scanner. Maintains optimal patient care and assists in optimizing patient flow and study throughput.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of a two-year Radiology Technology program approved by the AMA and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Two years of successful experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registration with ARRT or ARMRIT.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to understand and apply scientific principles related to magnetic resonance technology.
