You will prepare patients, operate advanced MRI equipment, and uphold strict safety standards while delivering clear communication to patients for a comfortable scanning experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiological technology.
• Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging (RTMR).
• ARMRIT MRI (ARMRIT) certification.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR).

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepares patients and ensures safety in the magnetic environment.
• Maintains accurate patient records including test procedures and times.
• Marks images and ensures patient information is clearly visible.
• Performs safety inspections of patient and equipment prior to entry.
• Assists with contrast administration and knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
