Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking an MRI technologist to operate MRI equipment and generate high-quality tomographic images in an outpatient setting. The role requires ARRT MRT or ARMRIT MR registration, or RT with MR registry in lieu of MR certification, plus BLS through the American Heart Association.

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required, with at least one year of diagnostic radiology experience and a commitment to patient safety and care excellence at Northside

Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or MR registry in lieu of RT.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
• Preferred MR registration by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR).

Responsibilities

• Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films for patients in an outpatient setting.
• Ensure patient safety, image quality, and adherence to radiology protocols.
