Qualifications

• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
• Active Certified BLS Provider certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• One year of experience in Radiologic Imaging is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and selects imaging parameters for cross-sectional images.
• Explains procedures to patients to ensure safety and comfort.
• Operates magnetic imaging equipment for diagnostic images.
• Records and maintains patient data and treatment records.

Skills

Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Active Certified BLS Provider

Knowledge of Siemens and Phillips Equipment

Determinable verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Education

Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology

Bachelor's Degree preferred
