Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an MRI Technologist to produce diagnostic MRI images and safeguard patient safety throughout the imaging process. You will administer contrast, review imaging for adequacy, and maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and related systems.

The role requires ARRT MRI or ARMRIT certification, a radiology technologist education, and BLS. This is an on-site position within the Northwestern Medicine network, with a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• ARRT MRI or ARMRIT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety throughout MRI imaging workflows.
• Produce diagnostic-quality MRI images per protocol.
• Administer contrast per policy and monitor patients.
• Coordinate exam flow and ensure timely study completion.
• Document results accurately in the medical record systems.
