Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures and explain the process to patients. You will use anatomy knowledge and positioning to obtain quality images and may participate in on-call duties to meet department needs.

Qualifications include ARRT-MR or ARMRIT registration, BLS within 30 days, and 2 years of MRI experience in a hospital setting; graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program is preferred.

Formación

• ARRT-MR or ARMRIT registration is required or strongly preferred.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Two years’ experience as MRI technologist in a hospital setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MRI examinations with proper protocols and contrast media as required.
• Identify anatomical orientation on images and ensure correct film identification.
• Evaluate image quality and determine if additional imaging is needed, then communicate with radiologist.
• Participate in on-call duties as assigned.
