Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI imaging procedures under the supervision of the Chief MRI Technologist and Radiology leadership. The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT or ARMRIT registration, NH licensure, and BLS certification.

One year of radiologic experience is preferred. The incumbent will educate patients, document care, and comply with safety and departmental policies while leveraging hospital information systems

Qualifications

• Registration required: ARRT or ARMRIT.
• BLS certification: American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Licensure: NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI diagnostic or therapeutic procedures within scope and standards.
• Educates patients about procedures and expectations.
• Documents patient care and procedures.
• Operates hospital and departmental information systems and equipment.
• Maintains productivity and adapts to workload needs.
• Adheres to safety protocols and department policies.
• Participates in meetings and committee initiatives.
• Completes hospital, departmental and professional requirements.
