Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist to provide coverage at Ooltewah Outpatient Imaging and across hospital campuses. You will perform MRI exams, prepare patients, operate advanced MRI equipment, and ensure safety and image quality.

Candidate must graduate from an accredited Radiology program, be ARRT registered in Radiography and MRI, and hold CPR. MRI program may be preferred; 1 year MR experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire.
• Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations and ensure patient safety in the magnetic environment.
• Prepare patients for scans, operate MRI equipment, and capture detailed images.
• Verify doctor’s orders and patient identifiers; prioritize and coordinate exams to avoid conflicts.
