Qualifications

• Registered in MRI by ARRT or registered as ARMRIT within one calendar year of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited imaging program.
• BLS certification required.
• Imaging program accreditation and ongoing credential maintenance expected.

Responsibilities

• Position patient and perform MRI imaging procedures.
• Maintain MRI safety per ACR and hospital policy.
• Analyze acquisition parameters and image quality; resolve issues with physician concurrence.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
• On-call shift responsibilities as required.
