The role emphasizes patient comfort, up-to-date MRI protocols, and accurate documentation. ARRT MR certification is preferred; NH licensure is required, with 2+ years of MRI experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school to meet ARRT Radiology registry or equivalent.
• ARRT(MR) certification preferred. ARRT(R) or equivalent required.
• State of NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure required.
• One to two years of general MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI exams including trauma and other procedures with quality imaging.
• Inspects images for quality and documents appropriately, presents to Radiologist.
• Assists Radiologist with invasive procedures as required and stays current with MRI advancements.
