Job summary

Springfield Hospital, Inc. is seeking an MRI Technologist to provide clinical MRI services and serve as a resource for radiography students and staff. You will ensure patient safety, maintain equipment, and support efficient department operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program, a current Vermont license, ARRT certification, and BLS. Prior MRI experience is preferred and organizational, independent work, and communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current Vermont Radiologic Technologist license in good standing.
• ARRT certification is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services according to radiology practice standards.
• Administer sound patient care according to policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate magnetic safety for patients, staff and self.
• Maintain equipment, exam rooms and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
• Complete ancillary tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.
