Job summary

Mountain View Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging examinations and provide patient-centered care in the Imaging department. You will work under physician supervision with a focus on accuracy, safety and quality, while supporting students and staff.

The role requires MR certification (ARRT-MR) and an associate or vocational degree, with patient assessment and independent judgment as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-MR Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification.
• Associate Degree requirement.
• Vocational School Graduate requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations under the direction of a physician for patients of all ages.
• Work with minimal supervision, applying independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MRI equipment and procedures; collaborate with students and staff.
