Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain ARRT RT(R) licensure or eligible.
• Must hold or obtain ARRT MR (MR) licensure or eligible within one year of hire.
• Must hold or obtain current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures independently per department policies.
• Screens patients and administer IV contrast as needed.
• Assesses image quality and repeats scans as required for accuracy.
• Documents patient information for exam interpretation.
• Provides MR procedure information to staff and public.
• Troubleshoots MRI technical issues with vendors.
