Qualifications

• Requires Oregon MRI Technologist license or temporary license at hire.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association at hire.
• ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.
• National MRI Technologist certification within 6 months of hire.
• New graduates may require OBMI temporary license with plan to obtain permanent license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, using MRI equipment and adjusting imaging factors to produce optimal images.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during imaging and documents findings and patient information as required.

Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

ARRT Certification within 6 months of hire
