Job summary

St Mary's Health Care System, part of Trinity Health, is seeking an MRI Technologist (PRN) in the Radiology Department at St Mary's Hospital. The role supports patient care and imaging operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT MR registration or registry-eligible status, current BLS, and AMA-Approved radiographic technology training; hospital experience is preferred to demonstrate competence. This position requires part-time hours and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered or registry eligible with ARRT (MR).
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Graduate of AMA-Approved Radiographic technology training.
• One year hospital experience preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the technical supervisor/team leader, the imaging assistant is responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI.
• Direct patient flow through the department.
• Greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department.
