ExecuSource seeks an experienced MRI Technologist to join our outpatient orthopedic imaging team in Smyrna, TN. You will perform high-quality MRI scans with a focus on musculoskeletal imaging and support providers in accurate diagnoses in a fast-paced setting.

Position requires ARRT MR certification and 1+ year MRI experience; state licensure if applicable. Expect daytime hours, opportunities for professional development, and collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• ARRT (MR) certification is required.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year MRI experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and sports injury pathology.
• Familiarity with PACS and EMR imaging workflows.
• Commitment to patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate MRI scanners to obtain high-quality images with focus on musculoskeletal anatomy.
• Position patients accurately and safely for MRI procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and PAs to support clinical decisions.
• Follow safety guidelines and screen for contraindications.
• Maintain documentation and manage image uploads in PACS and EMR.
• Perform daily quality assurance checks and report equipment issues.
• Uphold HIPAA and maintain a clean imaging environment.
