Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in Illinois is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures for adult and pediatric patients. You will prepare patients and equipment, and conduct studies independently, including on-call and portable exams.

The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards, willingness to cross-train in MRI, and registration as RT(R) or MRI tech. Shifts are 12 hours with a rotating call schedule, in a hospital setting with advanced MRI technology.

Qualifications

• Associate or Trade School education.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (excluding MRI), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES. Preferably 2+ years experience and CPR, IV Therapy certifications.
• Willingness to cross‑train in MRI; must be R.T. (R) registered or MRI registered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and imaging equipment for procedures.
• Perform imaging studies independently and in various settings as required.
• Work 12‑hour shifts on days, with a call rotation including every 5th weekend.
• Provide high‑quality imaging services in a hospital setting with advanced MRI technology.
