Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is hiring a full-time MRI Technologist for the Night Shift (M-F 10:30pm-7am). The role requires ARRT MR certification, CPR, and graduation from an MRI program. You will maintain a safe MRI environment, perform high-quality imaging, and collaborate with radiologists and the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MRI technology program.
• AR MR MT certification or ARRT MR certification required.
• CPR certification and current licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe MRI environment and operate MRI scanner.
• Ensure safe operation of ancillary equipment and workflow in RIS/PACS.
• Produce quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians.
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and department staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in quality improvement.
• Document pertinent patient information and maintain organized work area.
