Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL, seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams with patient-centered care. You will prepare patients, administer IV contrast, and ensure safety and imaging quality in a fast-paced hospital radiology department.

Applicants should have MRI training and ARMRIT/ARRT certification, solid English communication, and strong teamwork. Night shift, full-time hours, and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ years radiology/MRI experience or MRI training program completed preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read and write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and safety.
• Position patients for high-quality imaging.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast per safety guidelines.
• Maintain EMR/PACS documentation and QC checks.
• Perform MRI exams per physician orders and protocols.
