Baptist Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join the Imaging Department at Baptist ED North in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN, varied-shifts role focuses on performing MRI exams, preparing patients, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic procedures with patient safety at the forefront.

You will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals, operating MRI equipment and promoting a comforting patient experience in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Vocational School or Associate's Degree required.
• ARMRIT, ARRT (R) or CRT credentials required or in progress.
• ARRT (MR) registry preferred; BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality MRI exams and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare patients for MRI procedures and explain the process.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure accuracy.
• Operate MRI equipment and maintain documentation and safety.

This is a PRN, Varied Shifts position.This MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI exams on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic procedures and patient safety. In addition to performing MRI exams on patients, this MRI Technologist will prepare patients for MRI exams and explain the procedure to them. The MRI Technologist will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
