Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our Imaging Department at Baptist South. This full-time days role runs Friday–Sunday, 7:00am–7:00pm, performing MRI exams and preparing patients for imaging.
You'll work closely with Radiologists, operate the MRI scanner, and ensure high-quality diagnostics while maintaining patient safety and comfort. ARMRIT/ARRT or CRT credentials are required or pursued within 18 months.

This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working Friday-Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm.
This MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI exams on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic procedures and patient safety. In addition to performing MRI exams on patients, this MRI Technologist will prepare patients for MRI exams and explain the procedure to them. The MRI Technologist will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information. This MRI Technologist will operate the MRI equipment.
MRI Technologist Responsibilities: Performing high-quality (MRI) procedures Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments, and maintaining a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements Taking every precaution to protect oneself, the patient, and others from potential harm relating to the magnetic field Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy
*If CRT or ARRT (R) must obtain ARRT (MRI) registry within 18 months.
