Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist for the Imaging Department at Baptist Clay in Fleming Island, FL. You will perform MRI exams, prepare patients, and explain procedures, working closely with Radiologists to provide accurate diagnostic information.

This role offers varied shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, with a focus on patient safety and high-quality imaging across our Jacksonville Bay community locations.

Qualifications

• ARMRIT, ARRT(R) or CRT required; BLS required.
• PRN, varied shifts in hospital setting.
• Vocational School or Associate's Degree preferred.
• If CRT or ARRT(R) chosen, must obtain ARRT (MRI) registry within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI exams and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare patients and explain the MRI procedure.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver diagnostic results.
• Operate MRI equipment and maintain safety protocols.

This is a PRN, Varied Shifts position.This MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI exams on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic procedures and patient safety. In addition to performing MRI exams on patients, this MRI Technologist will prepare patients for MRI exams and explain the procedure to them. The MRI Technologist will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.
