Job summary

Shared Medical Services seeks an MRI Technologist to join our growing team. You will work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, serving local and diverse communities, as part of a stable, full-time, employee-centric organization.

You’ll build lasting relationships with various healthcare facilities, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care while working within a supportive SMS ONETEAM environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) or ARMRIT registration required.
• ARRT (MR) registration preferred.
• Ability to produce quality imaging with limited supervision and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures per standards of practice, including administering contrast (with Radiologist guidance).
• Review and complete patient screening forms and clearly explain the procedure to the patient.
• Maintain patient care, comfort, safety and confidentiality, and keep up-to-date with continuing education.
