Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our mobile imaging team serving local communities with state-of-the-art technology. This full-time role offers a stable, employee-owned environment and opportunities to grow within a patient-focused organization.

The position involves operating a state-of-the-art mobile MRI scanner, administering contrast under Radiologist guidance, and delivering compassionate care while maintaining high technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• ARRT R or ARMRIT certification required or ARRT MR registration preferred.
• Ability to perform high-quality MRI imaging with minimal supervision and act professionally and ethically.

Responsibilities

• Perfom MRI imaging procedures per accepted standards, including administering contrast under Radiologist guidance.
• Review patient screening forms and clearly explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain patient care, comfort, safety and confidentiality, and keep technical skills up-to-date through continuing education.
