Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract in Washington. The role involves performing MRI procedures (Neuro, Ortho, MRA, body exams) on Siemens equipment in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on patient care and safety.

The schedule is 4x10 hour days (07:00–17:30) with call requiring 8–10 shifts per month; flexibility to float within the facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years MRI experience in a hospital inpatient setting.
• ARRT MRI Advanced Certification.
• Active Washington state RT license.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans according to standard protocols and procedures.
• Administer IVs and maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level I trauma and stroke center.
• Maintain equipment and quality control of MRI images.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including call requirements.
