Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel MRI Technologist to join a high-performing Radiology team for a 13-week travel assignment. The role requires hands-on MRI experience, strict adherence to MRI safety, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with radiologists and nurses.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT certification, TMB licensure, and BLS, with 1–2 years of MRI experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• TMB licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• 1–2 years of MRI experience required.
• Recent MRI experience required.
• Strong understanding of MRI safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Must be available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and protocols.
• Verify patient information and orders.
• Screen patients for MRI safety risks and implants.
• Prepare patients and explain the examination process.
• Position patients to obtain high-quality images.
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor patients and respond to concerns.
• Maintain MRI safety and infection control standards.
• Document accurately in HMS EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team.
• Provide compassionate care and maintain patient dignity.
