Required: ARRT (R)(CT) registration, NM MIRTP license, 2 years of experience, Accredited Radiology program degree, and BLS CPR. Flexibility with schedule is essential.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in radiology or imaging
• Associate degree from an Accredited Radiology Program
• ARRT (R)(CT) registered
• Active NM MIRTP Licensure
• Current BLS (CPR)

Responsabilidades

• Assist with oversight of imaging staff and ensure image quality.
• Assign staff and monitor workload to optimize staffing.
• Assist with hiring and staff orientation.
• Schedule staff to meet productivity goals and protocols.
• Oversee procedural flow to ensure timely performance.
• Ensure hospital policies are followed by employees.
• Set performance expectations and hold staff accountable.
• Attend staff meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
