Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA, is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations for patients across all ages, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. This full-time, days shift role features 10-hour shifts and competitive hourly compensation.

You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with the care team, and support department operations while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• ARMRIT or ARRT(MR) required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire.
• Must be graduate of ARRT approved Radiologic Technology Program or MRI course.
• At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety by following MRI screening procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Position and prepare patients while providing clear communication and compassionate care.
• Review and process images to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate exam documentation, patient records, and billing information.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support efficient patient care and department operations.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and department standards throughout all aspects of care.
