Job summary

Sanford Health, Marsh Med Ctr Iron Mountain, Iron Mountain, MI, seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams with attention to safety, quality patient care, and precise documentation in EMR. Responsibilities include administering contrast as needed and ensuring patient comfort throughout the procedure.

The role requires AMA/JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology training, ARRT/ARMRIT certification at hire, and BLS within six weeks.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA approved or JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams with professional judgment and safety.
• Administer contrast material as required.
• Document patient data accurately in EMR and scheduling systems.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety across all ages and conditions.
• May participate in on-call rotations nights, weekends, and holidays.
