Job summary

Williamson Health seeks a Medical Imaging Tech - MRI to perform high quality MRI procedures in a safe, patient-centered setting. The role may be PRN or FT with newly increased rates, including weekend on-call duties.

The ideal candidate is ARRT MRI-certified or in progress, with CE compliance and BLS within 90 days of hire; hospital MRI experience is preferred, but training is available. Benefits include PTO, retirement matching, FSA, identity theft protection, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT approved program, accredited through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and be registered or working toward certification in the subspecialty of MRI; or hold current ARMRIT certification.
• Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
• Preference of at least one year of work experience in hospital environment working in MRI after graduation and accreditation; however, willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality imaging MRI procedures to patients and physicians.
• Maintain a safe and clean imaging environment.
• Position patients and ensure patient comfort during examinations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff during MRI procedures.
• Be willing to take call on weekends and at other times as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and universal precautions.
