Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MR imaging across neonatal to geriatric patients. You will follow radiology protocols, position patients, and ensure quality care under radiologist supervision.

The role requires ARDMS or ARRT licensure and BCLS, with no or minimal prior experience preferred, and an AMA/JRCERT accredited training background. Join a team dedicated to high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required; 6 months MRI experience preferred.
• Licensure: ARDMS or ARRT (Radiography) and BCLS required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on patients of all ages following protocols and using required equipment.
• Maintain competency across non-scanner components.
• Follow established imaging protocols and QA procedures per guidelines.
• Provide patient education and age-appropriate care.
• Position patients and select correct protocols for radiologic exams as needed.
