Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans across inpatient and outpatient facilities in various locations.
Responsibilities: Operate MRI equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, adhere to safety protocols related to radiation and chemicals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and handle challenging situations is essential.
Qualifications: Minimum of three months MRI experience, advanced certification by ARRT or ARMRIT within one year of hire, and CPR certification. Physical capacity to lift 35 lbs., push/pull up to 20 lbs., and perform tasks requiring constant use of arms and hands.
Skills: Critical thinking, analytical skills, effective communication, adaptability to irregular hours, and environmental awareness regarding exposure hazards. MRI associates must complete screening and maintain zone-specific access.
