Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates in Charlottesville, VA seeks an experienced MRI Technologist Team Lead to support high-volume outpatient imaging centers. The role combines patient-focused leadership with hands-on MRI operations to maintain efficient daily workflows across a busy team.

You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional patient experiences while coordinating with radiology leadership to optimize service delivery in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• ARRT registration in Radiography or ARMIT.
• Valid ARRT or ARMIT registration, with MR advanced registration required upon hire for IDTF centers or within the first 12 months for non-IDTF centers.
• Must meet state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice.
