Job summary

Bronson LakeView Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for a full-time night position. The role focuses on operating MRI equipment for diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The candidate should have an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, and BLS. Expect a 12-hour night schedule with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Radiological Technology.
• Registry eligible or registered RT (MR) and/or ARMRIT certification.
• Registry eligible technologist must register within six months of hire date.
• BLS certification within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Display independent judgment and initiative while considering patient age and characteristics.
• Contribute to policy development, QA activities and continuing education.
• Provide MRI services for all body parts with quality and safety.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot per manufacturer recommendations, and report issues.
