Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking an MRI Technologist for full-time evening shift. The role involves performing MRI exams, following physician orders, and delivering high-quality images while accommodating patient needs.

Candidate requirements include Oregon MRI Licenses (or temporary), OBMI temporary license for new grads, BLS, and ARRT certifications within 6 months of hire. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible external candidates.

• Within 6 months of hire: ARRT MRI Technologist Certification.

Full-Time/Evening Shift

The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient special or age-related needs. Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
