Kingman, AZ is located along Historic Route 66, just 90 minutes south of Las Vegas and two hours North of Phoenix in the beautiful high desert of Mohave County. Kingman’s higher elevation keeps the sweltering desert summer temperatures away from the extremes (on average 10-15 degrees cooler than Phoenix and Las Vegas) with mild winter temperatures seeing an occasional dusting of snow. Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs appropriate diagnostic exams and studies to ensure safe, high quality patient care.
Education: Graduate of Radiologic Technology Program or MRI Program Accredited through ARRT or ARMRIT
Experience: On the job training with outside didactic education i.e., Galveston College or previous MRI experience
Certification:BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education: Education preferred from an educational institution approved by ARRT or ARMRIT.
Experience: Preferred minimum of one-year experience as an MRI technologist
Category I:Expected duties have routine potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
Other potential hazards: exposure to chemical, biological, and radioactive substances; possible exposure to hostile individuals.
