Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Florence, KY seeks an MRI Technologist to independently perform MRI procedures on physician orders, ensuring safety and high-quality diagnostic images.

The ideal candidate will graduate from an approved radiologic technology or MRI program, be ARRT MR or ARMRIT registered, or complete certification within 2 years, and possess strong communication and patient care skills in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, or completion within time frame.
• State licensure not required for this non-radiation position in KY/IN.

Responsibilities

• Performs all MRI procedures ordered by physicians.
• Ensures patient, operator, and visitor safety throughout the procedure.
• Maintains infection control and equipment cleanliness per guidelines.
• Documents patient data and ensures accurate billing and coding.
