Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist for a rotating shift. The role involves performing MRI procedures with emphasis on patient care, safety, and image quality, while accurately entering charges in the RIS system.

Candidates must graduate from a Magnetic Resonance Technology program, hold ARRT MR (or ARMRIT) certification, and maintain CPR certification. Prior MRI experience is preferred, with excellent communication skills being essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Magnetic Resonance Technology Program.
• Knowledge of Cross Sectional Anatomy and Pathology required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and maintains patient safety in Radiology and Imaging.
• Performs a variety of MRI procedures with focus on image quality.
• Enter on-line charges in the Radiology Information System (RIS) and ensure accuracy.
