Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NY license and ARRT certification; MRI registry eligible.
• New York BLS certified.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant MRI/radiology experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to deescalate stress.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Perform MRIs and related radiological procedures with appropriate positioning.
• Review imaging requests and consult radiologist as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions clearly.
• Administer contrast media via peripheral IV.
• Maintain equipment logs, QA, and patient records.
• Provide coverage across multiple sites and flexible scheduling.
