Job summary

Southcoast Health System, Inc. is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist for their in-house traveler team, located at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA. This role involves performing patient care and technical duties within MRI, working full-time or part-time with evening shifts and required on-call rotations.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited program degree in Radiologic Technology and ARRT certification, with at least one year of MRI experience. Additional perks include health insurance eligibility and a competitive pay range between $50.50 to $83.83/hr.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Post-primary certification from ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Minimum of one year of MRI experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified clinical patient care within MRI.
• Obtain information from patient's chart and document data.
• Educate patients for exams and position them for imaging.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and apply MR safety.
