Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment and care for patients under the supervision of the Imaging leadership. You will follow policies and procedures and maintain patient safety and comfort throughout exams.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Science and ARRT MR registry (or registry eligible with MR registration within one year). Two years radiologic experience and one year MRI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiologic Science and registered or registry eligible by the ARRT.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• One (1) year as an MRI Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Care for patients while performing MRI examinations.
• Follow department policies and procedures under supervision of the Imaging Director and Radiology Manager.
