MRI Technologist - Duke Regional Hospital - 1st Shift - Weekend Option - Free Parking
***This position is eligible for relocation assistance and a $15,000 commitment bonus.***
Schedule: Saturday/Sunday/Monday, 7 am - 7 pm
Position Overview
Perform complex, specialized, and technical tasks related to operating high field strength MRI magnets.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education: Completion of an accredited program meeting eligibility for registry/certification or current registry/certification.
Experience: Level I: Obtain ARRT or ARMRIT in MR within 18 months; Level II: At least 2 years as MRI technologist; Level III: At least 4 years in specialty modality.
Licensure/Certifications: Certification in Radiography, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, CNMT, ARDMS, or MR eligibility. ARRT or ARMRIT registration in MR required within 18 months. BLS certification.
Skills & Abilities: Strong technical skills, patient care skills, ability to operate MRI equipment, and ability to train staff and students.
