Job summary

The Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team. You will perform magnetic resonance procedures, ensure adherence to ACR and ARRT standards, and participate in quality control activities.

Qualified candidates should complete an MRI education program (registry eligible) with ARRT/Radiology licensure, plus BLS. EPIC and PACS experience is preferred and we offer competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Diagnostic Imaging modality.
• Completion of MRI education program with registry eligibility.
• ARRT certification or eligibility and state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures per ACR and ARRT standards.
• Adheres to prep, positioning, coil selection and exam sequences per protocol book.
• Participates in quality control and QA using the APIE model.
• Maintains knowledge of MRI equipment, EPIC and PACS.
• Administers contrast media per Radiology policy.
• Recognizes emergencies and applies MRI safety guidelines.
• Records patient symptom history on requisition.
